The venue was in a central location so close to Close to the beach, resturants and dive centers and snorkle centers, and a great restaurant with entertainment and a Burger King 5 meters away from the entrance. The premier king room was functional, it included climate control, Wi-Fi, and a storage space.

Personnel was patient and top-class!

The location was unbeatable - near to local attractions, 2 restaurants, and Miami around 11:00. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel. Nicely furnished rooms with a small fridge, climate control, and a storage, facilities worked well.

Low budget hotel with a good service. Brand-new, reasonably priced rooms complete with outside access and restock soap, as example. Easy check-in, late check-out, top-class staff.

The hotel has great location right by a restaurant and bar with other amenities across road, the Florida Keys, and Starbucks or Docs Diner for an early meal. We saw Island Dolphin Care, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel is quirky and perfectly clean, nestled in a lovely building with stunningly beautiful view of the bay. I have stayed in a twin/double room with a storage and an iron. The outdoor restaurant is fabulous place to hang out, which ened up a good meal.

The location was fab, within walking distance of Dolphins Plus. There were restaurants and an oceanarium near the place. The room was functional, with smoke detectors and exceptional views of the ocean...

Plenty of good food. Wonderful location in a shallow lagoon with views of the bay.

The location in a nice little area was excellent. You could walk to several stores and a bakery. The restaurant was outdoor which ened up a good meal, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was comfortable and it was great having climate control and WiFi.

This hotel was set in a central area not far from the 'Cay' owned Pilot restaurant & the Cafe/bar adjacent, two Starbucks in the Keys and the boats at anchor and spot manatees feeding in the bay. The staff were incredible, polite and helped me with free parking. My premier king room had a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and a storage space.

The room I got was brand-new and well-kept with cockroach husks in the corners, the dresser, as for instance. Central location was a plus.

I enjoyed the time in this property. All in all everything was great, had a such great stay with the John Penekamp 50th anniversary celebration. The location was central, adjacent to Snooks Bayside restaurant next door and a beach to sit at. Also, Point Charles was 2 miles away from the property.

My bed was comfortable and the room was nicely furnished with a view. The location was beautiful close to ocean side.

Nice building and rooms with clean white bedding. Had clean climate control and Wi-Fi.
